On his weekly podcast, ‘Let’s Go!’, the seven-time Super Bowl-winning shot-caller discussed the loss against the Chiefs. Then talked about his injuries and how he recovered from them. Alex Guerrero, Brady’s personal trainer and co-founder of TB12, helps him recover from the various injuries. Then Jim Gray asked him if it weren’t for his dynamic trainer, would Tom Brady have retired 8-10 years ago from the sport?
California Cool replied, “Definitely. I tell him that all the time. I mean, he’s, he’s the secret for me. It’s a one-man show and football is such a contact sport. It’s, you know, it’s one thing to prepare for the season and so forth. But so much of the sport involves recovery in football is a demolition derby. How quickly can you repair your body to be prepared for next weekend?” As a quarterback, Brady suffered many sprains, bruises, and tears throughout his career. Guerrero, an alternative medicine expert, always supported and is the reason behind his seven Super Bowl wins.
