What’s going on with Tom Brady? The former New England Patriots star, renowned for his illustrious football career, has recently grabbed headlines for halting the construction plans of his mansion in Florida. This decision follows his divorce from supermodel Gisele Bündchen, with whom he had undertaken a massive $17,000,000 home loan project.
Previously, the construction of his separate mansion on a Florida beach was progressing well, but he recently put a halt to it. However, in a surprising turn of events, he has been spotted near Bündchen’s secret mansion, leaving fans pondering over his intentions and the future of his dream home.

Recently, former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady took to his Instagram to share a story from the Fontainebleau Hotel, offering a stunning view of Miami Beach. In the post, he tagged his friend and the owner of the hotel, Jeff Soffer. Incidentally, the hotel is quite close to his ex-wife’s mansion in Miami.
It’s worth noting that Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen, who were in a relationship for 13 years, went through a divorce last year.
Before finalizing their split, they had secured a $17,000,000 home loan for their dream mansion. In late 2020, they purchased a plot of land at 26 Indian Creek Island Road for $17 million for their kids, using an LLC managed by executives from Fontainebleau Development. Brady shares a close friendship with Jeff Soffer, who happens to be the owner of Fontainebleau Development. However, following their separation, the construction plans for their shared vision were put on hold, leaving their future uncertain.

In a surprising twist, it was revealed that Bündchen had secretly purchased an $11.5 million home in Miami Beach, located directly across the street from Tom Brady’s house. The waterfront property, situated at 1400 Biscaya Drive in Surfside, was acquired by Bündchen through a trust in November of last year. The house, spanning 6,600 square feet and built in 1981, occupies a 0.4-acre lot, offering picturesque views across the water to the Indian Creek mansion that Brady had been constructing.

The seller, Bay Drive BJ Partners LLC, actually incurred a loss on the sale, having purchased the property for $11.8 million just a few months earlier in April of the previous year. The transaction was facilitated by Joel Lusky from The Brokerage South Florida Real Estate, who represented the seller in the deal with Bündchen. Additionally, Bündchen, through an LLC, also acquired a small non-waterfront home at 8850 Emerson Avenue in Surfside for $1.3 million in February 2022. It was during this time, months before their divorce announcement, that the couple decided to demolish the existing home on the nearly 2-acre property and begin construction on a new mansion.
