There’s at least one person who has no doubt about Aaron Rodger’s future with the Jets. The New York Jets are working on their roster aggressively. They are expecting Packers legend Aaron Rodgers to join them for the 2023 NFL season. As a result of this hope, the Jets are restructuring their team around the possible arrival of Rodgers at MetLife Stadium. They have signed Mecole Hardman and have traded Elijah Moore to clear up the cap space for A-Rod’s arrival. But the highlight has been the signing of one of Rodgers’ teammates from his days with Green Bay.
Amidst the trade talk for Rodgers between the two teams, his newly recruited ex-teammate says he is not worried about the trade not pulling through.

The trade will happen according to Lazard. He feels that the veteran QB will join him at the Jets very soon. The WR recently also stated that the arrival of Rodgers to the Jets is one of the factors that led him to sign with the team in the first place. Apart from this, the other factor was that it will reunite him with Nathaniel Hackett, with whom Lazard spent three years at the Packers.

The Jets signed Lazard to a four-year $44 million deal recently. He will be teaming up with players to form one of the most formidable offenses in the NFL for the upcoming season. After current Jets QB Zach Wilson failed to impress the team with his performance last season, the Jets have been looking forward to bringing in an experienced QB to help shape the team for a Super Bowl contention-worthy roster.
