During the recent eMerge conference in Miami in April, they invited the retired NFL GOAT to be the keynote speaker at the conference. Thousands of people with technology backgrounds across all ages attended it. While addressing the crowd, Brady went on to talk about what he learned the most in his life through his greatest failures.
He questioned the audience about how many of them have failed while following their passion. Brady raised his own arm, stating that he has failed “like thousands of times.” He went on to talk about how “what we know is very very limited” and it requires an open-minded approach to learn more and more every day. Brady further went on to talk about how children watch so many talented people on social media thinking talent is inborn. But it is not the case. He said, “We’re not born like that. This is from someone who played 23 years. I worked every single day, 365 days a year to be the best that I could be. Not to be the best. But to be the best I could be.”
And his journey to becoming a 7X Super Bowl champion is definitely a testament to all the hard work he has put into his passion and career.

Brady always believed in himself and put in the effort
Right from the start of his high-school days, Tom Brady had a fair idea of his strengths and weaknesses. He would spend hours dedicating his time to training to improve himself in every aspect possible. He was a backup QB during his college days at Michigan. But despite that, Brady went on to spend countless hours studying film and practicing without much playing time. He got his opportunity when he was a starter in his last college season and led them to an Orange Bowl victory. Even after making his debut in the NFL, Brady continued his disciplined approach, which led him and the New England Patriots to six Lombardi trophies. And his dedication was not just limited to the field, as he also worked relentlessly, taking care of his diet and physical health off the field and staying in top shape.
And now, while the retired NFL GOAT continues to traverse his post-retirement life, he will definitely be carrying forward his work ethic to become successful in all his future endeavors as well.
