In his post, Rodgers hinted at his comeback and asked for prayers as he began the healing process. Media houses were also shocked by Rodgers suffering an Achilles tear. Aaron’s emotional message of hope

A few days after enduring an Achilles tear, Aaron Rodgers expressed himself on Instagram, stating…, “I’m completely heartbroken and moving through all of the emotions.” Rodgers’ emotional message contained three visuals, including one of him holding the national flag before the game, and he added, “The night is darkest before the dawn. And I shall rise yet again,” was his typed texts to the Country.

Aaron Rodgers to miss the rest of 2023 season due to surgery

What happened on that injury night? On Monday night, Buffalo Bills defensive end Leonard Floyd sacked Rodgers, causing him to leave the field. It was a season-ending Achilles injury during the New York Jets’ debut game against the Buffalo Bills on September 11, 2023. The injury occurred on the fourth play of the game, and Rodgers was carted off the field during the first quarter. ESPN’s Kimberley A. Martin said Rodgers was “visibly despondent” as he was taken through MetLife Stadium.

On Tuesday, MRI tests confirmed that Rodgers had suffered a torn left Achilles, which will necessitate surgery and will result in him missing the remainder of the 2023 NFL season. “Rodgers had a left calf injury in preseason,” Sean Walsh, a physical therapist, tells Pro Football Network. NFL insider Adam Schefter wrote: “Rodgers’ season now, officially, is over.”
