NFL insider Peter King thinks Aaron Rodgers might already have a choice on the table away from the Packers. He suggested that the New England Patriots as one of the possible destinations if the QB decides to move. And King gave a single reason for this suggestion. The move fits the Patriots’ head coach Bill Belichick’s way of working. King also gave several other landing spots for the Packers’ face of the franchise.

“The possibilities are delicious. Rodgers to the Jets, maybe re-teaming with ex-Pack aide Nathaniel Hackett, who has interviewed for the New York offensive coordinator job. Or Rodgers to the Patriots, which seems very Belichickian, to perhaps give Mac Jones two learning seasons in the shadows,” King wrote in his ‘Football Morning in America’ column.

King also suggested the Las Vegas Raiders and the Seattle Seahawks as the other possibilities for Rodgers. As he said, the possibilities are delicious. But the fans will have to wait a little more to get more clarity on the matter.

He threw just 3,695 passing yards this season and 26 passing touchdowns. The opposing defenses intercepted 12 of Rodgers’ pass attempts. And the team finished third in the NFC North standings with an 8-9 overall record.
