The Green Bay Packers have faced a lot of uncertainty around their star players since they were knocked out by the San Francisco 49ers last season. Firstly, it was Aaron Rodgers, whose future with the franchise wasn’t clear. Later, it was Davante Adams, the wide receiver who ultimately got traded to the Las Vegas Raiders.

However, Aaron Rodgers decided to commit to the franchise. He is likely to stay in Green Bay till the end of his career. In contrast, the team is lacking offensive power around him. The franchise hasn’t made a move yet for any top WR in the league to replace Davante Adams.

Aaron Rodgers discusses rumors linking Deebo Samuel to the Packers

During his appearance on the Pat McAfee Show, Aaron Rodgers was asked multiple questions. He was asked about the rumors linking the likes of Deebo Samuel and DK Metcalf to the Packers. Rodgers replied by saying, “We’ve been in the mix.”

He later added, “It’s not a lot of teams, that would probably want to trade receivers to Green Bay, so I think we’re probably at the back of the line for a lot of these teams.” Rodgers said, “Our picks are usually late, and nobody wants to trade in a player like Deebo probably.”
