The Green bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers is one of the most entertaining quarterbacks in the NFL. Not just on the field, his off-the-field antics have a huge fan following as well. Recently the veteran marked his presence in the team’s training camps and is poised to mentor youngsters ahead of their regular season games since many athletes believe in superstition and ghosts, just like Aaron Rodgers vowed to have seen a shadow man in front of his this offseason.

While speaking in a recent interview, the 38-year-old revealed that during his trip to Peru, Rodgers encountered a mysterious character, which he called a ‘Hat Man‘. Although it is to be noted that all these events occurred after the reigning NFL MVP consumed Ayahuasca, a herb that alters a person’s thinking ability, emotions, and senses.
He went on a similar kind of trip in the 2020 off-season, and this time again, he tried for an adventurous journey. “He will sometimes appear in the distance, usually veiled by darkness, holding the corpse of a dead rabbit and sometimes a blade,” he said on the show.

Rodgers continued by saying he fears staying alone in the locker room as the lights usually flicker and get off one by one. “It was behind me, not even breathing hard. I heard its feet hitting the ground in a constant rhythm. I ran to my car, opened the door, slammed it behind me, and locked it as fast as I could.” He explained as if he was narrating the ghost story to a 10-year-old. Well, everything else aside, on the work front, Rodgers is excited to lead the offense coming off a successful off-season.

It is a fresh start for the former Super Bowl Champion to continue with the same team that brought him into the league. This offseason, he signed a three-year, $150 million contract making him one of the highest-paid quarterbacks in the league. It means that Rodgers has at least three more years before hanging up his cleats.

Similarly, the veteran is also healing from the wound of losing Davante Adams from the roster. “One of the things that have been really special is these tables are back in the locker room,” Rodgers said. “The whole energy has shifted with something as small as that. Guys are hanging out, guys are BSing, guys are playing cards. That’s a really cool thing.” He added.

The Green Bay Packers recently played their first preseason game against the San Francisco 49ers. Even though they lost 28-21, it is to be noted that this is just the beginning. Moreover, Jordan Love was covering for Rodgers on the field. It will be interesting to see how long the Packers will run in pursuit of a second title under Aaron Rodgers.
