NFL superstars Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady locked horns in the much-awaited battle between Bucs and Packers last Sunday. The 38-year-old A-Rod and his team came out victorious 14-12. It marked their second consecutive win in the league.

Rodgers was a cheerful man, talking about the win in the Pat McAfee Show. The experienced QB felt it was still early to predict if he played his last showdown versus TB12. “Sometimes these games factor into league season tiebreakers and different things. Obviously expects Tamba to be there. They are one of the elite teams in the league. Obviously, we expect ourselves in that position too. So, that was a good win for us,” Rodgers said.
Aaron Rodgers reveals his excitement for big games
A veteran of 18 seasons, Rodgers is excited about playing in big games at the early stage in the NFL. “I do love the history of this game. I do love playing in big games like these even when we are in week 3. Still, it’s week 3. We got to enjoy it. We are moving on to the next game,” A-Rod added.
Rodgers completed 27 of 35 passes for 255 yards. He registered two touchdowns, one interception, and one sack. The touchdowns were on Packers’ first two possessions. After this, the Bucs’ defense controlled A-Rod and Co. Meanwhile, the 45-year-old TB12 completed 31 of 42 passes for 271 yards and one touchdown.

Will the NFL titans face once again?
Both the Bucs and Packers are now 2-1. It is Week 3 and there is a lot of action left. However, both teams are in good shape despite injury concerns. If they continue the momentum, the teams may meet again in a January rematch during the playoffs. It will be held in the Frozen Tundra of Lambeau Field.

Meanwhile, this was Aaron Rodgers’ second career win over the future HOF-er in five contests. This was also the first time the stars faced each other after the 2020 NFC Championship Game. Fans would hope the duo and teams give one more chance to witness the titanic battle.
