Green Bay is ready to start the season, and Aaron Rodgers isn’t afraid to share his thoughts. Rodgers and his squad have dominated their NFC North division foes, who have struggled to win against the Packers. A-Rod is also not afraid to take up his conference opponents. The Athletic’s Matt Schneidman reported the comments made by the QB1 at the locker room.

Schneidman tweeted, “Aaron Rodgers in the locker room today: ‘All the other teams in the NFC North, it seems like every single year, I think their fanbase and their teams feel like, This is our year to win the North.’ ‘Hasn’t really been the case during my time, for the most part.’”

Aaron Rodgers‘ comment comes before the regular season opener against the Minnesota Vikings at the U.S. Bank Stadium. It could be a jab towards the franchise, which has not been so successful in taking down the Packers. Aaron Rodgers could have been attempting to fan the fires before the Vikings-Packers game.

Be it the Detroit Lions, Minnesota Vikings, or the Chicago Bears. Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers have run rampant over them. Rodgers has a 56-21-1 record against NFC North opposition during his NFL career. A-Rod has passed for 19,407 yards while completing 67.2% of his passes, 169 touchdowns, and 25 interceptions against the three teams. This year, he has a fresh set of people in the mix. But that certainly diminishes the hopes of Rodgers winning the entire conference.

When Aaron Rodgers notoriously yelled “I Own You,” that wasn’t just a prediction. That was indeed a spoiler. In the 18-year stretch, he had a dominant run after succeeding QB legend Brett Favre. Not everyone might agree, but the above statistics make him like Jon Snow, born Aegon Targaryen, The King Of The North.
