The Green Bay Packers QB is a philosophical man. Aaron Rodgers reads some great literature and has a lot to talk about in general. Recently, on an appearance on the hit podcast, ‘The Pat McAfee Show,’ the star QB answered a philosophical question about death and the afterlife. He detailed how taking ayahuasca helped him to build a new outlook toward death. This garnered various reactions from the fans on Twitter who always want to listen to what Rodgers has to say.

Sports analyst A. J. Hawk asked a question that was not related to football. Hawk wanted to know if A-Rod feared death. The back-to-back MVP winner recounted that when he was 16 years old, he thought the world would end because of Y2K. A-Rod feared he would never fall in love and have children or would never play in the NFL.
Rodgers’ ecstatic experience
However, since he started taking ayahuasca and other hallucinogenic substances, the fear of death has subsided.

“Ayahuasca and psilocybin actually really helped me with that and alleviated a lot of the stress around the idea of needing to accomplish things before I actually die and has kinda taken away some of that fear,” Aaron Rodgers said. “I think when you’ve seen the other side, it makes the idea of death more of a passage and less of an ending.”
McAfee asked what the QB meant by “the other side.” Rodgers explained “the veil between the seen world and the unseen world,” not necessarily life and death. Such a response is not surprising from A-Rod because his many conspiracy theories and idea have been unique. Fans were quick to react to the Super Bowl-winning QB’s experience.

A fan who commented thinks that Rodgers is having a difficult time because he does not have any children.
No one is mentioning this but it's pretty clear Aaron is having a bit of a crisis about the fact he's nearing 40 and doesn't have kids. That entire answer kept coming back to it. All the talking heads are going on about ayahuasca; the talk about kids was very honest and telling.

Although the hallucinogen eradicated the fear of death from the QB, could it get rid of the fear of losing more games?
