The player in question is none other than Aaron Rodgers, the seasoned campaigner who’d just joined forces with the New York Jets. After more than a decade with his Green Gang, his loyal fans were hoping to see a magical performance from the legend. But, as fate would have it, his fans would have to wait a little longer. In what has been described as a season-ending injury, several fans speculate that A-Rod might have played his last game. With certain mystery surrounding the player’s recovery, more light has been thrown on the same from a doctor.
Pat McAfee has also been keeping a close eye on the injury and called upon a sports injury doctor on his show. He gave a detailed assessment for the incident shedding light on Rodgers’s comeback. The doctor said “I get he’s 40, but even if Rodgers comes back and he’s a little tiny bit less mobile. Look, he’s still Aaron Rodgers and him coming off Achilles.” The doctor sounded optimistic as he name-dropped two NFL legends “I guarantee you, is more mobile than Tom Brady at 45. Your guy Peyton Manning…”
Given the doctor’s assessment and opinion, Rodgers at almost 40 years old is more agile and mobile than his legendary counterparts Brady and Manning. Also, the SB MVP’s willpower is quite strong.
