Bündchen filed for divorce on Friday, and according to Page Six, Brady did not contest the filings. They used their Instagram handles to announce their divorce and to reaffirm their dedication to their two children. Brady also has a son from an earlier marriage with actress Bridget Moynahan.

Gisele Bündchen made a subtle purchase long before her divorce with Tom Brady
To anyone who thought the Brady-Bündchen divorce was a spur-of-the-moment decision, a piece of separate news might prove them wrong. The New York Post reports about a purchase Bündchen made way back in February 2022. The purchase was of a $1.25 million house near Miami Beach. This was even before Tom Brady even decided to un-retire and play another season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The mansion itself is far from the usual luxurious places she lives in. Speculation is that this could be a temporary residence. But records obtained by the NY Post show that she has plans to remodel the property. Which is very much in line with her approach of customizing her every residence to match her style and taste. This points to another probability of this becoming either a permanent residence, or at the very least, a frequent holiday home.

An intricately designed eco-friendly house, construction halted as soon as the rifts in their relationship began to show. No one can be sure of what will happen to this behemoth of a project that Brady and Bündchen designed together.
