Smartphones were one of the best creations in the world. As of 2022, there are roughly around 6.65 billion phone users in the world. 86 percent of the world’s population owns and uses phones. Although they have many advantages, their disadvantages are more harmful.

Phone addiction is a real thing. They not only affect the eyesight of the users but also weaken focus. Thus, to save her family from such kinds of damage, Bündchen disallowed her family members to use mobile phones during dinner.

The runway vixen detailed in her memoir, Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life, that she does not use her phone. When she works on different projects, she opts to keep the ringer of her phone off and only checks it to see if she has gotten calls from her husband, Brady, or children.

The Brazilian native wrote she did not enjoy talking on phones. Instead, appreciate talking to people face-to-face.”When I’m traveling, I FaceTime Tom and the kids every day, but when I’m at home, I refuse to be a slave to my phone. During meals, a big rule in our family is no gadgets at the table!” Maybe this could be the reason why she rarely posts on social media. 

Hence, fans came to know that, along with being sensitive toward the environment, Gisele Bündchen also dislikes modern technology that does more harm than good.
