As per The Athletic’s Matt Barrows, Trey Lance would not be working on his throwing motion in the early offseason. “I feel like I’m in a really good spot,” he mentioned. When asked about what he would like to work on, Lance said, “Tons of stuff. I feel like I’ve got a much better plan this offseason. I said the same things last year. But even more (this year). As the years go on, they get better just in knowing what they want from me and where I feel I’m at my best.”

During Montana’s appearance on ‘Open Mike’, the legendary quarterback said that the Niners should start Garoppolo. He added that the team should stick with someone that has been getting results and let him run the offense from there, and Jimmy G is the man.
