The stars are aligning for Aaron Rodgers. The Packers picked up an attractive win over the LA Rams and are back in playoff contention. However, recent reports have fuelled concerns, highlighting A-Rod’s offensive stance issues. The Packers star took notice of the article and used  strong words during one of his media appearances.

The Athletic’s Kalyn Kahler reported last week that the Packers’ rookie receivers battled to deliver on offense this year. The reason was Aaron Rodgers used several hand motions that his colleagues were still trying to learn. The Packers’ QB1 vented his displeasure over the reports during his Tuesday appearance on the Pat McAfee Show.

Aaron Rodgers mentioned, “95 percent of the article, absolute complete horsesh*t. The other five percent is exaggerated nothingness that, I don’t know, is like having guys go through the signals each week and understand what the possible signals could be. So the way we’re doing now is that Jordan makes up a list of the signals that we’re going to have that week. That are possible, and then he calls; I’ve allowed him to do this. I used to do this when I was a backup as well.”

“He calls like three or four guys up there to go through and he picks on one of them, ‘hey, what’s the signal for this signal for this?’ It might be nerve-wracking the first time you do it. But listen, every signal that’s used in the game is probably used in practice that week,” He added.

The report centered on ex-Packers players who admitted having reservations about Rodgers and experiencing difficulties studying the signals. But A-Rod has put the wild claims in the coffin.
