Despite the evolution, the Las Vegas Raiders crashed this season. The franchise had one of the most underwhelming seasons. The new coaching staff, which included names like Davante Adams, did not pan out well either. However, the blame has landed on Derek Carr, who faced a surprising benching in the final regular-season games. But the latest development may show that the Carr era is over.
