The former Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski is a bull when it comes to physique and fitness. The veteran always posed as a big wall for the defense, making it too difficult to penetrate with his jacked body. After announcing his retirement, the former tight end was busy flourishing in his broadcasting and anchoring career.
Recently, he got featured as a host in the UFC 278 with the Gronks show that presented several memorable moments for the fans, including the one where he knocked down MMA star Kevin Holland.

Gronkowski, along with his brothers Chris, Dan, Glenn, and Gordie Jr. and father Gordon, hosted some of the MMA superstars on the show. UFC legend Chuck Liddell, Kevin Holland, Paddy Pimblett, and flyweight Molly McCann were some guests to join the family.
The show progressed with a series of games between the guests and the hosts. It was indeed a unique way to present the show. Like always, the Gronks never fail to entertain the fans.

One of the segments called ‘Zoom Zoom’ was one of the most interesting ones. Here, Rob Gronkowski and MMA fighter Kevin Holland rushed at each other, holding a pillow covering their torso.
And guess what, Gronk stayed stone cold, unwithered, but Holland, with a blink of an eye, touched the ground. All the cotton from his pillow came out, with other panelists banging their pillows at him.
Holland couldn’t just believe his eyes. “F–k that S–t, I’m sticking to MMA,” he said even before recovering from the sudden impulse he received from Gronk. It turns out that the 6’6″ NFL veteran was too big for the UFC fighter to handle.
Apart from pillow-fighting, pushups between the Gronks, and crushing the watermelons, were some of the games they played. Let’s all do the ‘Shoey’ was again one of the eye-catching events where they celebrated drinking beer out of a shoe.

Although it was a UFC fun night for the Gronks, the former Tight End got to know that he and Tom Brady were destined to go to the Raiders before ending up with the Buccaneers.

UFC president Dana White was the man behind setting up a deal after completing all the other formalities. It was almost on the table until the last minute when head coach Jon Gruden foiled their plans.

Instead, he decided to go with their long-time quarterback Derek Carr and sidelined the Brady-Gronk partnership. It’s no wonder they won’t come cheap. But turns out the move cost the Raiders a Super Bowl title. Gronk and Brady successfully won the Lombardi trophy with the Buccaneers in their first season itself.
