The Los Angeles Rams are not having a season you’d expect from the reigning Super Bowl Champions. Their playoff dreams have almost ended with the franchise at the bottom of their division. However, their quarterback troubles have become their biggest problem this season.

LA Rams Super Bowl-winning quarterback Matthew Stafford could be on his way to the IR for the second time. With backup quarterback John Wolford also on the inactive list due to a neck injury, the LA franchise finds itself in some major pickle.

QB Matthew Stafford came out of the previous concussion protocol on Friday after sustaining the injury in their Week 10 game against the Arizona Cardinals. However, Stafford started the game against the New Orleans Saints but left in the 3rd quarter after a QB pressure. He is not inactive yet. Stafford will undergo final and conclusive tests on Monday.

This has left experts confused about Stafford’s state. Many have wondered why the Rams refuse to put Stafford in the protocol and treat the injury with the recommended caution. Matthew Stafford is essential for their next away game against the Chiefs

The Los Angeles Rams are having an offensive nightmare because of injuries to crucial pieces of the team. Super Bowl LVI MVP and WR Cooper Kupp is also on injured reserve because of a high ankle sprain he suffered in the loss against the Cardinals last Sunday. Head coach Sean McVay clarified that Kupp will need surgery. However, the offense is in extra trouble with QB Stafford’s concussion worries.

The 3-7 Rams have now lost their last four regular-season games in the NFL this season. After their Week 7 win over the Carolina Panthers, the Rams couldn’t score more than 20 points in the next four games. However, Matthew Stafford started the Saints game and threw for 159 yards and two touchdowns before the injury. Stafford threw a 62-yard dime to WR Chatarius Atwell for their opening TD of the game.

With his concussion worries resurfacing though, Stafford’s season might come to an abrupt end. The Rams and Aaron Donald really need their QB right now. LA Rams are in the last position in the NFC West Division and their playoff hopes are almost dead. Up next, they face Patrick Mahomes and the 8-2 Kansas City Chiefs. Needless to say, the Rams need to be at their best next Sunday.
