Certain reports consider this to be a negotiation tactic by Donald, who seems to be fine with any outcome. If the Rams DT is looking to stay, he will be looking to become the highest-paid defensive player in the NFL.
Donald could be looking to surpass Steelers’ TJ Watt and his annual $28 million salary.
