Ant-Man actor Paul Rudd is a hardcore NFL fan. The superstar has a special affection towards Kansas City Chiefs star QB, Patrick Mahomes. Recently, the actor appeared on the Peter Schrager podcast ‘The Season.’ 

The 53-year-old actor is a fan of the Chiefs. He loved the gentle approach by Mahomes. Talking in the show, he expressed why it is strange to love Mahomes so much.

“Let me just say; it is strange for someone my age to look at someone his age and just love him so much. And he’s not in my family. If it wasn’t just for the sports thing, it would be creepy,” he added.

Why Mahomes is admired by the star actor

During the show, Rudd was asked a question.”What he wanted the world to know about Patrick Mahomes?” He received a quick response and it was, “great parents.” The actor went ahead to elaborate on when he had met Mahomes’ parents for the first time. 

“Great parents, the nicest, coolest, and most outstanding parents. I met them. But actually. The night he got the MVP. He is far more considerable, he is smart, and he kind of answers everything. His parents are great. He’s not bad,” Rudd added. 

Meanwhile, Patrick Mahomes is having a decent run in the NFL this year. PM 15 is a favorite to win the MVP. However, after a brilliant start, the Chiefs lost against the Bills 24-20 in their last game. Mahomes will look to erase that setback as the Chiefs meet the 49ers on Monday.

The future icon has made a bright beginning for his career. In a presser, he was asked about the comparison with Tom Brady. PM15 expressed his admiration for the NFL legend. 

He added he would like to emulate Brady and play as long as he can, in the NFL. It is the passion that is adding more colors to the game of Patrick Mahomes. The NFL superstar would hope to continue his superb run and carry the Chiefs forward.
