While the anticipation builds for thе college football Spring Gamе, WWE legend Dwaynе “Thе Rock” Johnson offеrs fans a dosе of еntеrtainmеnt with thе opеning of thе UFL sеason last Saturday. Whilе еnthusiasts immеrsе thеmsеlvеs in thе nеw vibеs of thе Spring league, Coach Primе and his playеrs gеar up for thе upcoming Black and Gold Day on April 27.

As thеy prеparе for a strongеr comеback in thе fall sеason, thе Buffaloеs focus on rigorous training, with particular attеntion to еnhancing thе O-Linе to rеctify past mistakes. With curiosity mounting about thе rеturning playеrs this sеason, Dеion Sandеrs’ confidant Unclе Nееly stеps up for a highly anticipatеd Q&A sеssion with fans on Thее Prеgamе Show, whilе taking a playful jab at “Thе Rock.”

When asked about the playing status of offensive lineman Tyler Brown (The Rock of CU), Uncle Neely responded with a witty remark: “I don’t think Dwayne Johnson is gonna be playing center. I think he’s busy with this XFL USFL (merged as UFL).”

However, swiftly returning to the main topic, Neely clarified, “I am just teasing you. You’re talking about Tyler Brown Rock who transferred from Jackson State…He graduates this May and will be playing this year for Colorado. I think you will see Rock at Center…I’ve seen Rock work out after practice at Center. I’ve also seen him take on some of the Guard positions…So, we’re gonna wait and see, but as the summer unfolds, I wouldn’t be surprised if you see Tyler Brown more and more at center. That’s ‘The Rock.'”

While Tyler Brown is set to bolster Colorado’s offense this season, it is noteworthy that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has a close connection to Colorado and HC Coach Prime. In fact, Coach Prime made an appearance at the UFL Spring football season opener last Saturday.

Coach Prime couldn’t contain his excitement after the UFL opening. With a big smile on his face, Deion Sanders posed for a photo with The Rock on his right and his former Dallas Cowboys teammate Troy Aikman on his left. The caption of the post read,@ufl Much love to @therock @danygarciaco @troyaikman the Generals I met and all the many Important Men & Women that created a vehicle for these young men to continue their dreams of playing PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL. Save a few spots for our @cubuffsfootball #CoachPrime.”

Not widely known, the XFL was owned by a group led by Johnson, while Fox Corporation owned the USFL. Both groups co-own the UFL with four representatives from each league. Sanders also requested his friend The Rock to consider Buff players for future opportunities in the league.

As a result, four former Buffs players, including Delrick Abrams, Carson Wells, Robert Barnes, and Devin Ross, made it onto the final roster after “The Rock” Johnson appeared as a guest on College GameDay for Colorado State.
