Deion Sanders, the coach for the Colorado Buffaloes, is back in the gym training and calls Shilo out for not doing the same. The 56-year-old coach is an inspiration for athletes all over the world for his strong mentality. Coach Prime, as most fans call him, is a symbol of body positivity and has millions of people following him. As such, he makes sure that the fans keep up to date with his daily happenings on Instagram.

The Colorado Buffaloes had a below-average season last year. They played 12 games with a record of 4-8, despite Coach Prime’s leadership. The fans expected a lot from the team and Deion himself, but couldn’t move higher than the last position in the Big-12 league. Now, as the next season draws closer, the team is hell-bent on redeeming themselves and is constantly in the gym, training. In his newest video, Deion can be seen humorously calling out Shilo for not working out as much as him and receiving an even funnier response.

Deion took to Instagram recently and posted a video that saw him update his fans for the #21DayswithPrime challenge. He’s been actively posting reels on Instagram for the past 23 days, giving daily affirmations to all his 4.7 million followers. In his recent video, he was seen jokingly scolding his son Shilo Sanders for not working out enough. It comes off as ironic as Deion, very recently recovered from his severe thigh surgery and is already in the gym, ready to go. However, it seems like Shilo doesn’t seem to share his father’s work ethic when it comes to training in the gym.

Sanders spotted Shilo and said, “Shilo you look like you ain’t even done done. You don’t even sweat.” In response, Shilo walked up to the camera and did an accurate impersonation of Coach Prime that got the coach and all of us laughing in splits. Thus, it is evident that the Colorado team is training hard for the upcoming season and will hopefully redeem themselves after the past year.

Moreover, the two sons of Deion, Shedeur and Shilo, walked for the Louis Vuitton show in Paris last week and received a lot of backlash for missing their team meeting because of it. Later, Daddy Deion himself came to their defense to clear the air around their absence from practice.

Last week, Shilo and Shedeur got to be a part of Pharrell Williams’s Louis Vuitton collection and were seen walking the runway. What was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for the duo turned out to be a storm on social media with the fans calling them out for prioritizing modeling over football. Though neither Shilo nor Shedeur addressed the situation, Deion had their backs and shut all the haters up with his tweet.

Deion wrote, “I’m so Proud of all 3 of my sons @DeionSandersJr@ShiloSanders & @ShedeurSanders that got a opportunity of a lifetime from @Pharrell & @LouisVuitton to walk & film their premier fashion show in Paris. Wow! For u haters they didn’t miss 1 practice, the main team meeting was mainly for the new players & the Head-coach Cleared them. 🤷🏾‍♂️ 😂😂😂😂” Both Shilo and Shedeur can be seen practicing hard with the rest of the squad and have proven yet again that they are fully focused on the game and the team.
