The WNBA finals saw a keenly contested game as the Las Vegas Aces went up against the New York Liberty. As the Aces won the finals with a narrow scoreline of 99-82 against Liberty, there was a hilarious exchange brought to light by Kelsey Plum. The Aces’ guard revealed how she was involved in a courtside banter with the team’s minority owner. “I looked at him and I said, ‘It’s about effing time you showed up!”, Plum said in the post-match conference. It did make up for a terrific banter as the 5X SB MVP came up with a witty reply.

As narrated by Plum, Tom Brady was quick to get back at the player. “But what I love about him was he was just like, ‘You already know.’ “ Tom also tweeted the same banter on X with the caption “Nobody is safe from KP 😂 @LAAces @Kelseyplum10”.  Plum also shared how crucial Brady has been for the franchise and his involvement. She was also overawed that Brady was taking an interest in the team and was wonderful to have him around. One of Brady’s closest members impressed Brady with her horse-riding prowess.
