Kahlil Benson is surely one tough nut to crack. For quite a long time now, Deion Sanders was feeling overwhelmed by the lack of discipline that plagued the Buffaloes’ program. But not anymore as he can now dispose of the duty to the Buffs OL, Benson. The player has already taken up the role as he keeps a tight ship with his teammates. Uncle Neely couldn’t help but praise Benson for his sincere efforts on the Thee Pregame Show Network podcast. Only a few days back, the OL was spotted taking a class of other Buffs who are now spotted to not give their 100%. But Benson is not going to accept that attitude now that they are on a mission to reverse their 4-8 narrative.
Laziness and lack of sincerity are something that has been a problem for Deion Sanders’ team for quite some time now. But given the current situation where they are embarking on the big race of bringing the SEC title home, this laid-back attitude is something that the Buffs cannot afford to have. Understanding the long-time impacts, Benson has taken the reins in his hand. His new role did not go unnoticed as Uncle Neely stressed how the OL will bring out the best in his teammates pushing them to the edge. “It’s getting repetitive, so the guys need to step up. So he doesn’t have to say it as much, but he is a guy that will challenge his teammates will challenge that offensive line.” Commented Uncle Neely.

In his quest to foster discipline within his program, Benson will choose unity over division. It’s not that he is only interested in reforming the O-Line to which he belongs. Instead, as Uncle Neely called attention to, “Everybody out there needs to know this about Kahlil Benson, he don’t just do it to the offensive line. He will do it to the entire offense. He would do it to the D-line.” Benson seems to be driven by only one purpose, “To win and go to the NFL and if he has to check your as* in the process he will check your as* in the process”. The name of Benson is enough to create terror in the Buffs roster.
Benson’s warning for the Buffs to “stop being soft”
Ever since the 6-foot-5, 325-pound tackle has committed himself to Boulder, he has found that hardly does his intensity matches with his teammates. To make everyone fall in the same line, Benson rose to action and took it upon himself to address the concern that might cost badly for the Buffs in the long run. As captured by Well Off Media, the OL did have an outburst where he was seen addressing the players, “They just said we going full speed but y’all ain’t doing full speed. Stop being soft, man,” he shouted, rallying his teammates to step up their game.
He did not just stop at tagging his teammates “soft”. Benson lost his mind since to him laziness comes as nothing but disrespect. To ensure that the players are well aware of what they are lacking, the OL raised a warning, “Why being lazy as and that’s no respect…if y’all not going to sprint off the ball that f*cking lazy bro. That’s going to get our as* kicked…I’ll be damn with that. Y’all ain’t going to be here.”
It’s good to find out that at least someone took the burden off Deion Sanders’ shoulders, who already has a lot of things on his plate. Meanwhile, by extending a helping hand, Benson comes off as a generous individual, who not only ensures to prep himself for the NFL but also is mindful of optimizing his team’s potential in every possible way.
