T.J. Moore is one of the most sought-after wide receivers in the class of 2024. His journey from playing football in the backyard with his dad to reaching the spot at the Clemson Tigers is quite inspirational. The 6-foot-3 and 190-pound wide receiver is a key player at Clemson. The young guy hails from Key West, Florida, and started his football journey at Tampa Catholic High School.
It might have been T.J. who showcased his interest in football, but it was his parents who noticed it from a very early age and supported him in pursuing his dream: “We’ve always been open to just supporting and encouraging our children in whatever they choose,” says his dad explaining that he chose football over everything else. While growing up, he was obsessed with playing football. The reason it came naturally to him was due to the rich history of football in his family and his father’s strong ties with the NFL.
