Born on September 29, 2005, in Jefferson, Georgia, Sammy is a dynamic player who made a name in the competitive sports world at his early 18. Along with that, his father, Mike Brown, is currently the associate head coach and offensive line coach of Clemson and he played college football at Furman in the 1990s. On the other hand, his younger brother, Max Brown, is a talented linebacker in the class of 2027 and preparing himself for the upcoming championship. Having a coached father was not enough for a five-star LB to earn titles like the MaxPreps Male National Athlete of the Year for the 2022-23 season, the High School Butkus Award, and so on. On this spot, his father said, “He kind of grew up in that world. He was always smart.” Moreover, he added, “I decided to test him, and he power-cleaned 260 pounds. Sammy’s career highlights
Starting from Commerce High School, Sammy scored 19 total touchdowns on offense under his father’s coaching. After that, he transferred to Jefferson High School and played for 753 yards and 11 touchdowns. Then, on June 5, 2023, he committed to Clemson and enrolled his name in January 2024. Brown committed to Clemson over Georgia and he said “I know God’s plan for my life takes me to Clemson, South!!“. It reflects that the linebacker is determined to give his best in playing football. Currently, he is preparing himself to go to the next level in football.
