With such a supportive family, is Kendrick Bell destined for NFL greatness? What do you think?

Success is where preparation and opportunity meet” and that’s what Michigan’s new WR is aiming for. Kendrick Bell might be a new face in college football, but during his high school years, he was rocking the boat. The 6-foot-2 and 180-pound wide receiver has shown faith in the Michigan Wolverines and hopes to be on the roster list for the same team. If we’re on the same page, we are quite used to hearing that last name.

It’s true! He has an older brother already playing in the NFL for a rival team. And there is going to be so much of a dilemma for Kendrick if he wishes to support him in the upcoming season. One is already established as a roster, and the other is taking baby steps toward his dream team. The NFL this season is going to be a mixed feeling for Kendrick’s parents.

If their father is deeply involved in sports, what else can we expect from the kids other than playing games? The kids will naturally inherit it, and if not by birth, they’ll eventually do it by looking at their dad! Natives of the Kansas City states, Aaron and Renee Bell, Kendrick’s parents, met each other during college at Pittsburgh State University. Fell in love and soon married. Today, they are proud parents of four beautiful children. Aaron has lived most of his life in Missouri, where he attended Raytown South Senior High School before going to Pittsburgh State. After graduating, he joined as the WR coach at Missouri University and served for eight long years. Till today, he has been doing what he loves: coaching football!

Kendrick has always mentioned about his father’s exceptional role in shaping his football career. Along with his father, he also thanks his older brother, who has been an inspiration for him and someone he looks up to. Ronald Bell, best known as Ronnie, plays for the 49ers. However, there is one common factor between them: Ronnie graduated from Michigan, the college where Kendrick is committed. The rest is history now, as the seventh round of the 2023 NFL draft selected Ronnie. Apart from Ronnie, Kendrick is the brother of one sister and a twin brother. However, Marques, the twin, is not into playing football, but he is an amazing basketball player. The family looks like a bunch of mixed sports! Not to be surprised if they speak about their dinner table discussions! Moving forward with our star WR, let’s get to know what he has done until now. Bet he would give a strong competition to his brother.

Career highs of Kendrick Bell

Bell’s high school career in Kansas City doesn’t go unnoticed by recruiters, as his commitment to Michigan tells the story. After completing the senior year, he could loudly say that he scored 3228 yards and 45 touchdowns, which is not at all ordinary. Getting the Thomas A. Simone Award as the most outstanding high school football player in Kansas City, he started getting recognized. Right after that, numerous titles knocked on his door, including the first-team all-state honor. After all that, one thing became clear: He is meant to be the next big name, just like his brother Ronnie.

Michigan’s wide receiver coach Ron Bellamy could not control his excitement and called him a “phenomenal athlete” who can pull out nearly everything in the game, be it playing as a QB, a WR, or a cornerback! He has the potential to rock every role that comes his way. With such enthusiasm and deep roots in football, he might be the next center of attraction during future NFL drafts.
