Can Deuce Knight live up to the hype and become a Notre Dame icon?

I want to get my parents a house,” Deuce Knight said, describing the motivation behind his speedy journey. Even the four-star QB left the opportunity to join a Lipscomb Academy football roster, which was full of elite players and former NFL coaches because of his homesickness; as it was more than 400 miles away from Mississippi. Knight stated, “I just wanted to get around everybody else in my family, my hometown“.

It seems like the QB’s aspirations are rooted in a strong sense of family. What led the four-star athlete to be so closely connected to them? Does support or love serve as a spur? Let’s have a look at Knight’s family background.
