D’Andre Barnes had an outstanding high school career at Regis Jesuit High School. One of Barnes’ standout performances was during his senior year in 2022 when he completed 37 passes for 785 yards combined with nine touchdowns. During that season Barnes in total completed 11 touchdowns, which is quite impressive. On top of that showcasing his defensive skills, Barnes scored 55 tackles and 6 interceptions during his senior year. His senior year games led him to be ranked among the top 25 players in Colorado and also getting named as top 6 class 5A.
After delivering dashing high school stats, Barnes is now full-flagged and preparing for his debut year at Nebraska as he was a red shirt during 2023 and did not play any games for that season.
