Norman is a jack of all trades who has worked as a producer, director, writer, actor, and comedian. He is mostly remembered for his work as a comedian in Uptown Comedy Club, HBO’s Def Comedy Jam, and Keenan & Kel.

The couple has dedicated their lives to a common goal – The Bee Busy Foundation, an NPO that aims to help the underprivileged and discriminated people with testing, substance abuse intervention, and adolescent health education. Darcy serves as the CEO of Bee Busy Hive while Norman serves as the CEO of the foundation. The organization works on charity the foundation receives for which they approach people through various activities like street drama and counseling sessions.
