Deion Sanders, the coach for the Colorado Buffaloes, will have a lot on his plate ahead of next season as he tries to resolve the issues within the team. The 56-year-old coach has been one of the most prominent figures in the league despite his team’s subpar performances. Yet, the fans have full faith in Coach Prime and believe that he will be able to get the Buffaloes back on track and ready for the off-season as soon as possible.

The Colorado Buffaloes ended their season at the bottom of the points table with an underwhelming record of 4-8. Coach Prime’s arrival to the team raised expectations for the team but even he couldn’t save the Buffs from their doom. Regardless of the outcome, he signed an enormous amount of players to the team and redefined the entire Colorado team, but even that wasn’t enough to turn the tide in his favor.

On the newest episode of the On3 YouTube channel, the host talks about the Colorado team and the challenges they’ve faced this season. Coach Prime’s team has ended their run in the Pac-12 league at the last position and thus, it’s apparent that the team needs to make major changes to their gameplays in the upcoming season. Moreover, he’s known to be a strong leading front when signing players on the team in the transfer window. As such, he’ll need to make additions to the squad next season if he wishes to upscale the team’s abilities.

He said, “On the field you got to have some big boys on the other side of the ball because last year they were not good stopping the run with Colorado and if if you want to take that next step as a team and compete for Conference titles when you move into the Big 12, you cannot be a one-dimensional kind of team.” Thus, he talks about how the team has a good offensive strategy but lacks in other aspects. The fans are in a much-anticipated wait to see Coach Prime come back with the Buffaloes in the off-season and hopefully, all these changes are implemented through the means of new players in the team. Furthermore, their newest recruit, Jordan Seaton, had strongly optimistic words to say about Deion and the Colorado program.

Jordan Seaton and his message for the top recruits in college football

Jordan Seaton, the 5-star offensive lineman, recently announced his decision to commit to the Colorado Buffaloes. His reputation preceded him and got several offers from teams like Alabama, Tennessee, Ohio State, and Oregon, but chose to play under Coach Prime. Seaton had also met with Nick Saban himself, but couldn’t be persuaded to change his decision.

In a recent interview, he talked about his belief in Deion Sanders and said, “You’ve got to believe in Coach Prime. Having the opportunity to play with somebody who’s done it at the highest level, gold-jacket level, very few can say they did that. And if you ain’t rocking with us, and you say you’re a dawg, you claim you’re a dawg, why are you not coming to Colorado? Why are you not helping someone who looks like you?” Despite his team’s unsuccessful run on the field, it is apparent that Coach Prime is a name that has been etched on to the players in the entire college league.
