On the latest episode of the ‘Rich Eisen’ show, Moore appeared as a guest to talk about his newest role at Michigan. He talked about the infamous controversy regarding Harbaugh and also went on to explain how he plans to take charge.

Moore explained, “We will do three things. You know, we’ve talked about the process, the pursuit and the standard and we’ve hit the process. We all talked about process over prize and we got the prize now. You know, you continue on the pursuit and that’s the pursuit of greatness and once you do that you know, you win a couple championships, you graduate your players, you get them to the next level you see them be great husbands and fathers. You become the standard and that’s what we want to be.”

The former defensive coordinator will be taking on a whole new challenge, unlike anything he’s ever done before. But with Moore’s inability to retain Herbert on the team, he lost a bit of faith from the end of the fans.

Ben Herbert went to the LA Chargers despite Moore’s reassurance

Ever since Harbaugh left, the team seems to be falling apart a bit. Jesse Minter, the defensive coordinator for the Chargers, left Wolverines and followed Harbaugh’s footsteps to the NFL. It is evident that Harbaugh had a strenuous grasp on the staff and as such, they’re being influenced by his decision to join the Chargers. After Minter, it was the turn of Ben Herbert, the strength coach for the Wolverines, who was being rumored to join Harbaugh.
