On the latest episode of the Pat McAfee show, the crew went to shoot at the James Madison University amid their controversial situation with the NCAA. McAfee talked about how the league has been impartial with the investigation into Jim Harbaugh’s sign-stealing scandal and called them an embarrassment.

He furiously stated, “From taking Reggie’s Heisman to ruining people’s lives all over little minuscule things to getting mad about hamburgers and cheeseburgers to majoring in minors in being dumb all the way through. Today’s the day we all say, NCAA, we’re tired of your stupid sh*t.” Thus he’s taking a stand with the JMU and is their last line of defense as the heated battle with the NCAA continues. The legal battle that occurred between the university and the league rages on and has garnered the support of several fans nationwide.

The university was appalled by their decision and hired the law firm Hunting Andrew Kurth to send a three-page letter to the NCAA asking for a response. But even after such a strong-worded letter, the NCAA didn’t bother to reply and left the university hanging.

Currently, the university plans to file a lawsuit against the league due to the reason that they’re violating antitrust by not letting JMD compete in their desired bowl. With their next match against the Appalachian team, the event will be covered on a nationwide network to gain more attention to the severity of the issue. And now with Pat McAfee clearly on their side, the fans hope that the NCAA will budge from their decision and let the university compete.
