“Now, we got a whole new offensive line and several players on the defensive front, and a couple of linebackers and two corners, and we understood the need and we feel fulfilled the need. We’re still not done; probably after the spring, there’ll be several other players in the portal that fit the description- the smart, tough, and disciplined character. We would target those guys, probably go after those guys, but we fulfilled the needs that we had a lack thereof of last season,” addressed Sanders. Coach Prime further reflected on the transition of his coaching landscape from coaching an HBCU to the Big Pac of Colorado.

The rosters are not larger, recruiting capabilities are not broader, and budgets are not much bigger. It’s a different game, but we’re prepared for that game.”
