Deiondra Sanders is now officially a mom! After all the difficulty she went through for Baby Que, one look at him and she’s ready to forget all the tribulations. But before the major turn in her life occurred, she’d been sitting and talking with the love of her life, her baby’s father, and fiancé Jacquees.

Maybe Deiondra and Jacquees didn’t get off a great start with the public. But as time heals everything, the couple has left their scandal behind and embraced and uplifted each other throughout the pregnancy journey. In Deiondra’s final moments before delivery, however, the couple got into a casual banter about football. 

Deiondra and Jacquees engaged in a hilarious banter, as portrayed in her latest YouTube episode on August 11. As they sat and waited in the final hours before Baby Que’s arrival, Deiondra’s fiancé decided to crown himself as “fire” in football despite not loving the game before. He said, “I was fire. I could’ve went to Colorado.” But the 32-year-old is quick to shut his flex down saying, “Yeah. Now you could have because we look out for our own but not by yourself. You wouldn’t have been recruited without me.”

This playful banter provides a glimpse into the daily life of the happily engaged couple, with their first baby just hours away from entering this world. Ever since their relationship went public in February, the two have been constantly updating their fans about their journey together, especially with their baby’s update. And Baby Que arrived on an important day as Deiondra earlier said in the video, “Friday, August 9. My best friend and my daddy’s birthday.” What perfect timing!

Deiondra triumphs above all complications

Right from the beginning, Deiondra came clean about her pregnancy complications which include multiple fibroids and myomectomy surgeries. After Coach Prime first broke the news of her delivery while addressing the media on his birthday, Deiondra later shared the story on her IG. She captioned, “WE MADE IT Y’ALL,” and posted several photos featuring her, Jacquees, and Baby Que, who was born at 36 weeks at 9:57 AM on August 9, measuring 18 inches and weighing 6 pounds 13 ounces.

Her love for her son is clear in her words, “This journey has been long, but seeing your face, my sweet baby boy, made every moment worthwhile. I am overjoyed to be your mom and cannot wait to share a lifetime of love and adventures with you. I love you so much, Baby Que.” The birth of Baby Que is not only a source of joy for her and Jacquees and the whole family, but it is also a source of hope and inspiration for all high-risk moms.
