In what appeared to be an uphill task for many, including Coach Prime Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes, the last game against the Stanford Cardinal has brought Buffaloes back to the reality. This was especially true considering the poor performance of Stanford Cardinal, who was 1-4 before they met Colorado.
However, the tables were turned when Cardinal handed over a defeat by 43-46 to Buffaloes who looked to be in control of the situation. This defeat has surely acted as a cruel blow for Deion Sanders’ new hope to re-establish an undefeated streak. Additionally, the coach has put a strong full stop to any pity party from the team as he pondered on the terrible recent loss.

Coach Prime on moving forward after being up 29-0: “We have no choice but to go forward, that’s life. There’s a lot of things that go in life that are unexpected and this is one of them. We gonna take this one on the chin cause we deserve it. From youth on, I don’t remember being…

However, Deion Sanders clearly wasn’t done expressing his sentiments. Reflecting on their mega lead and the to reach the point of defeat from there on, Sanders said, “We gonna take this one on the chin cause we deserve it. From youth on, I don’t remember being up to 29-0 and losing. This is a little tough for me and I’m trying my best.“
This defeat is indeed very unexpected, given that Colorado is 29-0 ahead of Stanford. The Buffs were able to provide tough competition to even the top-tier teams like the USC Trojans. Everybody, especially Coach Prime, appears shocked and discontented with the performance. This result is the third defeat of the team this season.
