Watch: Travis Hunter’s Priceless Reaction After GF Leanna Lenee Surprises Him With Coolest Valentine’s Gift

Love and football came together, surprising Colorado’s football sensation, Travis Hunter. Hunter’s fiancé, Leanna Lenee, scored a touchdown of the heart with a Valentine’s Day surprise that transformed one of Hunter’s standout plays into a timeless keepsake. 

The whole surprise has been documented in the form of a TikTok video and even captured the wide receiver’s excitement. Besides, the personalized gift came with another surprise that blurs the lines between sports and romance.  

The TikTok video starts with Hunter trying to open a box with ‘Fragile” written on top as Lenee remains behind the camera, capturing how everything will turn out. As Hunter eagerly tore through the wrapping, his anticipation seemed to go outbound. As soon as he caught hold of the gift and brought it out, his face instantly lit up with joy. What awaited him was two 3D figures in action, one of them being Hunter’s miniature model. To his surprise, the wide receiver exclaimed, “Oh, that’s tough. That’s me? That’s cold. Does that look like me?”

The action figure froze a pivotal moment and encapsulated the defining play from the Buffaloes’ opening game against TCU Horned Frogs. It has been a memorable match for Hunter since he finished with 57 catches for 721 yards, three interceptions, five touchdowns, and five passes defended. It wasn’t surprising that Lenee followed his success so intricately that found a way to surprise the player with such a thoughtful gift.

Hunter and Lenee’s love story began at Collins High School and it was during his final year of high school, she moved in with the talented two-way star. As time went by, the duo shared their experiences and romantic moments with the fans through their YouTube channel named, ‘Travis and Leanna’.

Lenee had shown immense support for Hunter when he got injured after being hit by Colorado State safety, Henry Blackburn. She was by her side at the hospital and ensured to post time-to-time updates about Hunter’s progress on her Instagram page. Their relationship triumphed the test of time; on February 4, Sunday, Hunter hit a life goal. The Buffaloes two-way star got to Instagram and announced his engagement to her girlfriend. Lenee shared a post confirming the engagement and wrote, “A million times, yes.”   

The personal touch to the heartfelt surprise underscores the strong bond that she shares with Hunter which will remain a source of inspiration for him as he looks ahead to the challenges of the next season.
