Deion Sanders' locker room upgrade—Is this the best facility in college football history?

Deion Sanders gets the refreshing feel now! No, we aren’t talking about roster changes or changes in staff line. Finally, the $45-million-worth head coach has his lavish locker room ready.

It was Deion’s personal assistant, Tysha Stewart, who did a great job with a stunning upgrade.

Tysha gave a stunning makeover to his locker room and gave Deion a tour on the July 30 episode of Thee Pregame Show Network. The simple room now screams, “Coach Prime!” A massive painting of Deion in sunglasses and a hat dominates one wall, with “Coach Prime” written boldly beside it. It’s a coach’s dream, from jersey hangers to a long meeting table. Tysha also created a display stand for Deion’s impressive Nike shoe collection. “Smitty said he has about 20 different styles he wanted to display,” Tysha explained, with Deion playfully adding, “No, I think we have 20 yet, but a bunch of different colors.” For now, 10 “prototype” Nike shoes decorate the wall.

The Pro Football Hall of Famer will soon have a wall of sponsor logos, too. Tysha aims to finalize the list within two weeks, and Deion guessed, “I think it’s about 14 of them, something like that.” It turns out he was pretty close, as there will be 15 sponsor names featured. Now, the wall also has family photos, game-day memories, and even a pic with superfan Peggy Coppum, adding to the personal touch.

However, Deion wasn’t too happy with the large meeting table initially, but it is now tucked away in an inner room. Meanwhile, Tysha is also working on revamping the Colorado Buffs Recruiting lounge and will soon give us a sneak peek. This is the PA behind all innovative works from Deion’s side!

Tysha enforces Deion Sanders’ big plan

Tysha Stewart is more than just a locker room designer. She’s also the mastermind behind the “no phone” rule in the Buffs locker room! Last month, Deion Sanders introduced this rule to help the Buffs players connect better. Now, players can’t hide behind their phones. The idea is for everyone to chat and bond during their food break. Coach Prime even said Tysha created a cool gadget to enforce the rule.

Have an interesting take?

They brought in a sleek black lockable container for phones. This hi-tech device uses hydraulics and even has the Buffs logo on it. But not everyone’s happy. The Buffs’ safety, Shilo Sanders, thinks it’s going too far. Tysha was put in charge of making sure everyone followed the rules. And she responded, “He put me on this project. So now they have to put their phones in here during breakfast and lunch… and I just saw Shilo, and he said, ‘You know what, Coach Prime is going way too far’.”

It looks like Tysha is just becoming the right enforcer of Deion’s plans. Between the locker room makeovers and this new phone rule, it’s clear she’s a key player in Coach Prime’s vision for Colorado.
