Bucky mentioned how people usually don’t believe that he doesn’t drink, to which Shilo iterated the first time he accidentally drank wine instead of water, and that too on the night his father was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

While talking about how he hated the taste of wine and the physical pain it caused him, Shilo said, “It was dad’s Hall of Fame thing. They had a cup of water and a glass of wine. It was two glasses looking exactly the same then I thought it was water bro and I drank the wine that was white wine. Bro my whole [body], from here on up was just on fire bro.” Thus, the sons are taking after their father, who has strong opinions when it comes to using substances or promoting the intake of alcohol. But while it’s honorable not to turn his head toward any of those things, Deion has had a dark past, which prompted him to swear off the habits that often consume the average man.

He was heard saying, “I had a biological father that was a drug addict, and my stepfather was an alcoholic. So that’s why I never touched drugs. I never smoked. I’ve never been high, and I’ve never tasted alcohol. Never done none of that in my life, because I saw those pictures. And I saw the conclusion of that there. I never wanted to go in that direction.
