Just a few days back, JJ McCarthy dined with the Vikings. Now, per NFL’s Tom Pelissero’s reports, Jayden Daniels is expected to do the same at brass in Baton Rouge.

“Minnesota owns the No. 11 and 23 picks and has been gathering all the info in case there’s an opportunity to move up for one of the top QBs,” Pelissero tweeted. The Vikings moving up to secure a QB of their preference is one of the most rumored trade-ups for the 2024 NFL draft. Earlier, the move came as a way for the Vikings to secure JJ McCarthy.

Now, with the Commanders and Patriots eyeing a QB in the draft, the Vikings face a tough decision, even if they trade up with the Cardinals or Chargers. To make it all too worse, both Daniels and McCarthy are engaging in these meetings with their fierce competitors as well.
