Deion Sanders forgetting his favorite phone—Is age catching up with Prime Time?

Nothing beats a good prank with a moral! Shedeur Sanders found another opportunity to teach Deion Sanders a lesson about forgetfulness. As the new vlog by Well Off Media on July 12 portrayed, Coach Prime was seen chuckling at the weather as they boarded their flight. His youngest son then slyly crept in front of the camera to reveal what was going on.

Shedeur Sanders said, “Dad left his phone in there. He don’t even know. Look at him walking out jolly. I got his phone. He don’t even know.” What do you think his reaction will be when he finds his phone missing?

Back in the plane, it took a while for the Sanders head to realize he left his phone behind. Poor Coach Prime rummaged through his lavish black and gold bag looking lost. That’s when Shedeur swooped in with the wisdom of a 22-year-old to a 56-year-old dad. He said with authority in his voice, “See this the thing. I’m gonna teach you something.” Fishing his dad’s Boost Mobile from his pocket, he said, “You left this on the chair. I just gotta say, you got to stop movingLeaving your phone, that’s just unresponsible.”

Lately, the 56-year-old Buffs HC seems to be finding it hard to keep up. Before today’s memory loss story, there was another instance where Coach Prime just appeared tired of having to retain long information in his mind. In his first Big 12 press conference, he cut off an interviewer’s two-part question and appealed to him to slow down for the sake of his old age. As far as Shedeur Sanders’ advice to Deion Sanders on slowing down goes, this isn’t the first time.

Shedeur Sanders advised Coach Prime to slow down

Back on April 20, Shedeur Sanders displayed his philosophical side when he gave a lesson to Deion Sanders. He and his father were locked in a heated competition in an indoor game of Connect 4. Despite two straight games, Coach Prime somehow couldn’t beat his smart son which prompted Shedeur to impart valuable advice to his father.

After winning twice in a row, the Buffs QB said, “See that’s the thing in life. You moving too fast. You need to slow down… Sometimes in life, you need to slow down.” See how this advice resembles the current one. We can’t blame Shedeur for his concerns about his father’s hectic schedule. After all, moving too fast can sometimes lead to burnout and thus drain productivity instead of the other way around.
