The first LA Bowl touchdown was delivered by none other than UCLA TE Hudson Habermehl after a spectacular show by star QB Collin Schlee. In the highly anticipated LA Bowl game between UCLA and Boise State, Schlee had an impressive start to the game. The Bruins QB ran 50 yards down the sideline with impressive speed before being tackled, ushering his team’s lead over Boise State.

Boise State led the 1st quarter 6-0 before this showdown by Schlee. With the latest performance from Schlee and Habermehl, UCLA now takes the upper edge as they lead the 2nd quarter 7-6 with an 83-yard drive. If Collin Schlee manages to retain this energy and skill throughout the game, Boise State may have to say goodbye to their probability of winning this year’s Mountain West title.
