Jim Harbaugh has decided to support his brother John Harbaugh one last time before the real competition between the two commences. The rumors surrounding the internal tussle of the Harbaugh brothers due to one winning the Super Bowl have taken over the internet. With Jim Harbaugh now the head coach of the Chargers, each of his moves is speculated to be linked to the completion of his Super Bowl dream. However, surprisingly, Harbaugh’s next move shunned all the gossip-mongers.

NFL Insider Adam Schefter reports that Jim Harbaugh is expected to attend the AFC Championship showdown on Sunday to support his brother, the Ravens head coach John Harbaugh. As the AFC North champions take onto the AFC West Champions, the Kansas City Chiefs for their shot at the Super Bowl, Jim Harbaugh would be present in the bleachers cheering for his brother.

Along with this, Schefter also reported that “Both AFC Championship Game teams, the Ravens and Chiefs, also are on the Chargers’ schedule next season.” With the rumors about Jim Harbaugh’s enviousness for not having a Super Bowl being a key factor in accepting the Chargers job, Jim Harbaugh’s public appearance shows his whole-hearted feelings towards his brothers’ success.

Albeit, the intense professional feud will commence between the two, starting from the next season when they will collide on-field. Wins and losses and the strain it puts on their relationship would only be unveiled then.

The clash that happened between them early 11 years ago, when Ravens and John Harbaugh lifted the Lombardi Trophy has left behind an unsettled score in the family. Throughout these years, there has not been any publicly reported clash between the two. Rather, their sister Joani Crean has “never seen either of them have as much fun with their team as they’re having now.” Will that change with the Super Bowl?
