Deion Sanders’ pep talk seems to have a far-reaching impact. While the Colorado Buffaloes roster is often mesmerized by his vocal tonic, it is now time for businessman Josh James to come under the Buffs head coach’s spell.

As captured by Reach The People Media, Sanders has flown off to San Francisco, particularly for a meet-and-greet session with James. But Coach Prime hardly expected that the Domo founder would ask him to take the stage and seek guidance from him about leadership.

It’s time for millionaire James to get charmed by Sanders’ leadership skills

After a long time, Deion Sanders has found a different kind of audience (as his usual gatherings comprise the Buffs roster). As Coach Prime landed in San Francisco, he met his biggest fan, Josh James, an ace business executive. According to sources, the Domo tycoon has an estimated worth of $244 million. It so happened that now James sought advice from $45-million-worth Buffs HC. During the interactive session, James asked Sanders: “How you construct it and build it or it creates its own?”

Sanders then shared his own insights to enlighten the businessman. “It don’t create its own it’s it’s it’s being adamant about what you want what you desire what you see…leaders like yourself and leaders like many of you you have the ability not to only see straight ahead but you can see around the corner,” suggested Sanders. After this, he attested to the mantra behind his success: “God has graced me with the ability to see around the corner.”

The god-given abilities come to use when he is facing attacks not only on the field but sometimes off the field, too. As he revealed, “On the field they trying to kill me off the field I think sometimes they trying to kill me too but that vision, the Bible says without Vision my people perish.” Hence, determination, vision, and values make an influential leader. On an earlier occasion, Coach Prime instilled in the players these values

Deion Sanders works on team ethics as an ideal leader

In Deion Sanders’ book of values, he emphasizes that no matter how successful and rich someone becomes, they should never let go of respect. In May, Sanders took a class of the Buffs roster. The major theme of the session revolved around how physical talents and gridiron performances do not make one a good Buff. What reigned supreme in Deion’s code of conduct blueprint was the importance of being respectful toward others.

During the session, Coach Prime raised a warning for all the Buffs, “We want to respect all women. We have some wonderful women in this program and we’re going to always call them Miss and then their name and yes ma’am and no ma’am… do not call them about their name.” Besides, a good leader must mingle with everyone, letting no differences plague the bond. In Deion’s words, “I want y’all to talk and get to know each other all right so we catch you on the phone in the cafeteria we putting you out… put a bowl in the middle of each table so we can put the phone in the bowl.”

Hence, Deion Sanders has lived up to his words as an ideal leader. He has made use of his ability to look around the corner, which resulted in finding loopholes in his program. Now that he has addressed the areas that need attention, he will lead the Colorado Buffaloes to something bigger by instilling leadership qualities within the players. Now, there lingers one question: Will James lead his business on the Colorado Buffaloes’ code of conduct?
