Colorado football teams do not run out of incidents to tell. Like recently, when the star QB Sheduer Sanders’s car got booted by Colorado police. Well, seems that along with teaching them on-field skills, Deion Sanders also needs to brush up on the team’s parking skills. This has not been the first time the Buffs players have faced problems due to their parking abilities.

During one of his visits to Folsom field, for his regular practicing sessions, Coach Prime’s son Shedur Sanders got a ticket due to illegal parking in November 2023. Yet, the CU players are not happy with the infamous ‘Denver Boot’ placed on their teammate’s Rolls Royce. One of these ‘unhappy’ reactions was evident in Sanders’ fellow teammate’s YouTube video.

Travis Hunter is reputed for rolling out leisurely videos when not on the court. Be it with his girlfriend Leanna, or featuring just Hunter, fans love to peep inside the lives and minds of their favorites. In one such reaction video, CB Travis Hunter expressed his annoyance with the whole Sheduer Sanders getting the ‘Denver Boot’ incident, as per Bleacher Report. “It’s crazy,” exclaimed the Buffs cornerback. “You boot me for what to make an extra little $100? It’s not doing nothing. But yeah getting the boot on your car is crazy.”
Hunter’s annoyance isn’t just out of his love for his teammate. Hunter got a ticket as well before the Buffs showdown against Oregon. The issue has been persistent in the Colorado Campus. Despite being something that is frequently complained about, no actions have been taken to counter the complaints of players. However, with the Buffs getting more and more appreciation this season, the players can hope to get the issue addressed.

As previously mentioned, Sanders and Hunter were not the only ones to get their cars booted. A minimum of eight other players, along with the head coach Deion Sanders, were also subject to the same with their cars being towed. It is safe to say that the action cost them a hefty price to get them back.

The Defensive back Cam’Ron Silmon-Craig reportedly had 52 parking violations with the Colorado police, as per NY Post. It cost him more than $3,000 to the City of Boulder to get his records clear. Even Coach Prime got booted when playing against Oregon. Apparently, along with the players, Sanders too needs to brush up on his driving lessons.
