Deiondra Sanders’ confrontations with bad relationships have been many, and through it all, therapy has been her best companion. Given the adverse situations she had to put up with, Sanders believed, “It’s the reaching out and, like, staying consistent.” The eldest Sanders kid underwent a few types of therapy, and it wholly changed her perception of the world around her, something that she reported. “I’ve been in like spiritual therapy, relationship therapy, my own therapy. It just made me open up my eyes to see things a lot differently.”

Speaking of perception, Sanders picked up quite a few eye-opening lessons along the way. “I didn’t realize I acted certain ways because of how I felt subconsciously, so it kind of helped me get through that too,” she confessed. Furthermore, Sanders also reported a slow but drastic improvement in her communication patterns. “If I go to a therapist, I learn how to communicate. It’ll help you with knowing how to communicate how you feel in a positive way. Well, I think I know how to express myself,” proudly stated Coach Prime’s daughter.
