Deion Sanders has always been the one to stand up against bullies against his team or his kids. Inheriting the best qualities from her father, Deiondra Sanders advocated for healing the mental self, emphasizing the vitality of going to therapy. Having undergone some tough phases of life herself, she opened up about her journey of healing.
Reportedly, Sanders was a victim of physical abuse in one of her past relationships, as she confessed in a recent podcast. The experience left her shattered. However, per her, it also opened her eyes to the grave catastrophe she was allowing without anyone’s knowledge. The avalanche of emotions and treatment that followed taught her a thing or two as well.

Deiondra Sanders opens up about her mental health

Deiondra Sanders’ confrontations with bad relationships have been many, and through it all, therapy has been her best companion. Given the adverse situations she had to put up with, Sanders believed, “It’s the reaching out and, like, staying consistent.” The eldest Sanders kid underwent a few types of therapy, and it wholly changed her perception of the world around her, something that she reported. “I’ve been in like spiritual therapy, relationship therapy, my own therapy. It just made me open up my eyes to see things a lot differently.”

Speaking of perception, Sanders picked up quite a few eye-opening lessons along the way. “I didn’t realize I acted certain ways because of how I felt subconsciously, so it kind of helped me get through that too,” she confessed. Furthermore, Sanders also reported a slow but drastic improvement in her communication patterns. “If I go to a therapist, I learn how to communicate. It’ll help you with knowing how to communicate how you feel in a positive way. Well, I think I know how to express myself,” proudly stated Coach Prime’s daughter.

Generally, the director of communications and customer service at Sc3 Sports, Deiondra Sanders, does not get much time to boast about her achievements outside the corporate and the sports world. But her conversation with Finesse was the perfect opportunity for her to open up her heart and soul.
As the duo delved deep into healing, they ventured into the discussion of their philanthropic activities. Sanders mentioned several charity drives she was a part of, from helping the people of war-torn countries to donating shoes to kids in Africa and more. As mentioned earlier, inheriting the best qualities from her father. Back in 2017, Sanders worked for the poverty-stricken Dallas with an NGO.
