The Georgia Bulldogs completely ambushed Florida State Seminoles in their recent Orange Bowl. The FSU stood no chance against a vengeful Bulldogs side that was looking to make a statement. The Kirby Smart team won by a margin of 60 points as they emphatically beat the FSU as he mentioned what needs to be fixed.
However, there were some strong comments from Smart following the victory. He left no stone behind in tearing apart the FSU side and their players. While the Seminoles missed certain key players, the Georgia Bulldogs played with their full-strength squad. It was disheartening to see as an FSU fan their side coming apart in the match. Now Smart has reflected on the win and lamented the opposition players.

The Georgia Bulldogs brought their best in their Orange Bowl matchup against FSU. The Bulldogs looked in supreme touch and certainly looked the deal with their stunning performance. While the Seminoles, who’ve been in great touch throughout the regular season looked hapless. Kirby Smart, the Bulldogs HC pointed out the issues. He said- “People need to see what happened tonight, and they need to fix this,It needs to be fixed. It’s very unfortunate that they have a good football team and a good football program, and they’re in the position they’re in.”

Smart was criticizing the player’s flood of opt-outs and portal entries in the non-playoff games. The side is as well-rounded as the FSU was without the services of their top-rated quarterbacks, RBs, receivers, and TE. Additionally, three starting defensive linemen and three starting defensive backs also missed the Orange Bowl.
Furthermore, SMart also pointed out that the playoffs snub could be a reason for massive opt-outs. “People need to decide what they want and what they want to get out of it, because it’s really unfortunate for those kids on that sideline that had to play in that game and didn’t have their full arsenal. And it affected the game, 100%.” Quoted the legendary HC.

Georgia Bulldogs complete a historic rout against the FSU
The Georgia Bulldogs entered the record books following their latest victory. Georgia came with a plan and they executed it with finesse as FSU was left scratching their heads! Moreover, the 60-point win also represents the largest margin of victory ever done in a Bowl game. Georgia was in sublime touch as they scored on 9 of their total 12 drives showing their authority in the Orange Bowl.

Bulldogs created several records during the game. They also gained a 39-point lead during halftime which is the largest in the Bowl’s 90-year old history. It beat the previous best by West Virginia’s 29-point halftime lead over Clemson back in 2012. This game also included the largest margin of defeat suffered by FSU in their playing history.
