It hasn’t been a honeymoon ending for Coach Prime and the Colorado Buffaloes who entered the season with 3-0. Along the way, Deion Sanders has reaped an intense amount of both praise and criticism for his ups and downs in his first season as the Buffs head coach. And his QB son, Shedeur Sanders hasn’t been spared either.
As Shedeur Sanders looks forward to New Year’s Day with a new hope, resolution, and a wish, he also pens down a curious quote on his social media. Could it be about him or the Buffs prepping up for a fresh season? What is the star QB subtly hinting at with his cryptic message?

In his recent IG story, Shedeur Sanders reposted a story by @huntstokes where he flexed the QB’s Shedeur in a No. 2 Colorado jersey on a snowy mountain. He wrote in the story, “Smh. Mannn hopefully I can make it out there for new years.” Not long after, he dropped another IG post with a series of photos and a caption that read, “They can’t understand what they don’t know #legendary.“

This season has been costly for Shedeur Sanders both on and off the field. During their honeymoon phase, the 21-year-old QB took the fame a little too far with his extravagant diamond watch flex that earned him criticism from naysayers. He also suffered a dismal season with the most QB sacks at 52, which is the reason he wasn’t able to play the team’s final game against the Utah Utes. But from here on out, it looks like his fate could potentially change.

Coach Prime Deion Sanders has successfully got 5-star OT Jordan Seaton to commit to Colorado to improve their offensive line and give backup to Shedeur Sanders. The Buffs offense was dismal last season with just 68.9 yards per game. Even so, Shedeur Sanders finished 11 games with an exceptional record of 3,230 yards and 27 touchdowns. And all he needs is somebody to cover him.
After committing to Colorado, Jordan Seaton declared, “I’m coming to not only block for the Heisman contender, I’m showing you wherever you go the work must get put in regardless.” The No. 1 OT also said, “I’ve got two Heisman candidates, Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter; they’re amazing.“
