Carolyn Chambers is the only beacon of inspiration her children need as she continues to be a quintessential academic for them. While most of the Sanders have resorted to athletics more than academics, Chambers decided to hone herself with education, this time specialising in ministry.

On May 3, the mother of 2 posted a picture of herself donning a convocation attire, marking another milestone in her life. It was on the 15th of the previous month that Chambers turned 58 and just weeks after that, she took to Instagram to share her elation of another degree to her shelf.

“So how many degrees is that total?” Deion Sanders Jr. asked his mother in his recent Well Off Media video. Chambers had a wide and proud grin while replying to that. After some mental calculation, Carolyn Chambers reached the number she had been looking for. “That’s five degrees total,” Chambers confessed. “Accounting, Masters of Business. I got um concentration in chaplaincy. And psychology and Master of Divinity,” Chambers said, recalling her expertise in several backgrounds.

Chambers was a proud woman that day, flaunting her degree certificates. Her children, however, were happier, with an even wider ear-to-ear grin than their mother. Deiondra Sanders and Deion Sanders Jr. were proud of their mother for having unlocked another milestone in her life. A thoroughly impressed and stunned Sanders Jr. replied,

“I love it. That’s how it’s supposed to be man. That’s excellence.”

His sister, Deiondra, wasn’t too far behind with the wishes as she posted, “

My beautiful Mommy graduated today!” on her Instagram. Deiondra Sanders and her mom have been fostering their relationship more and more. Deiondra’s pregnancy strengthened the bond between Chambers and her, so much so that Chambers is celebrating Deiondra’s soon-to-be baby more than Deiondra herself.

Deiondra Sanders was elated to have her mother accompanying her on one of her most important days, the day she got her first ultrasound scan. Her boyfriend Jacquees, her friend, and of course, her mother Chambers accompanied Deiondra Sanders, to her first anatomy scan.

Moreover, Carolyn Chambers is eagerly awaiting her grandchild to come. So much so that she is also in the preparations of arranging an exclusive grandmother’s baby shower for her.
